Nigel Stanislaus was born and raised in Singapore, graduating in both graphic and fashion design. This multi-discipline background has provided him with a unique approach to the art of make-up backed with the advantage of a solid understanding of the history of fashion and the technicalities of graphic design.
His work can be seen in prestigious editorials such as L’Officiel, Elle and Harpers Bazaar. His work has appeared on international TV shows such as Australia’s Next Top Model, Make Me a Supermodel, Project Runway, Australian Idol and The X-Factor. As the Makeup Director for Maybelline New York Australia, Nigel represents the brand at Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week, working on shows that include Betsey Johnson, DKNY, Custo Barcelona, Wes Gordon, RVCA, William Rast and L.A.M.B.
